This development will house brand new catering facilities, as well as an informal communal area for tenants to relax, meet and collaborate. This offers a unique and exciting business opportunity for an ambitious catering professional with a proven track record to develop and grow your business.

CAFÉ HUB will be located in a convenient, central position serving fresh, delicious and inspired food choices to attract tenants based within the science park and those nearby. Edinburgh Technopole is situated on The Bush Estate and adjacent to the Moredun Institute, Edinburgh Bio Campus, Scottish Agricultural College (SRUC) and The Royal (Dick) Vet School of Veterinary.

Café Hub will also provide CORPORATE CATERING services, supplying and delivering food for events from networking breakfasts to executive lunches; hosted in offices, event space or our bookable meeting rooms.

The recently refurbished meeting rooms at historic Bush House are available for hire to tenants and externally for up to 20 people, with catering available on request.

Edinburgh Technopole is currently 100% let, accommodating over 450 people so there is already an existing market for your business. This first phase of development will develop a further 60,000 square feet and is expected to accommodate up to an additional 300 people.

With further development phases in the pipeline, accommodating even greater numbers, this is an ideal opportunity for business growth.

If this interests you and you have an exciting proposition to succeed in serving fresh, innovative food to the Edinburgh Technopole community then please email parkmanager@edinburghtechnopole.com.
