New tenant for Midlothian Science Park

Edinburgh Technopole today announced that a major UK company has signed a lease for office space at the privately-owned science and technology park at the Bush Estate.

Benchmark Holdings plc has taken a number of desks in Bush House at Edinburgh Technopole in a move that that further demonstrates the pedigree of the park in attracting high growth animal health, life science and technology companies, following Alba Bioscience’s move to the park earlier in the year.
