VisitScotland Business Events announce Young Legends

Published: 23 November 2018

VisitScotland Business Events announced its six Young Legends of the Year at an awards ceremony at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow. The inaugural event welcomed 100 guests including representatives from the country’s top universities, convention bureaux and tourism agencies.

The “Young Legends’ Awards” were created to celebrate the country’s leading reputation for invention and innovation by recognising the leading-edge work of special young people aged 18-26 who live and work in Scotland today.

The six winners were chosen for their work and innovative ideas from some of Scotland’s key sectors including life sciences, creative, technology, energy and education. They will all see their work championed internationally through the Legends campaign.
