Pioneering farmed marine ingredients like Artemia will help reduce reliance on wild fish stocks and can lower the environmental footprint of poultry farming.

Funded by Defra and Innovate UK, this Aquanzo-led project, in conjunction with SRUC and the UK Agri-Tech Centre, has industry partners eager to push this breakthrough forward, with further trials and scaling planned for commercialisation.
